For reference, a 5’11’’, 180 lb man would most likely wear a size medium in regular fit and size large in slim fit.

They say, once you've gone long sleeve you’ll never go back.......do they say that? Well they should. For the frugal, save money on sunblock. Those looking to beat the heat, ask the Bedouins, yup. Fashion seekers go ahead and sport more color, why skimp. Twice the comfort as your short sleeve brethren. I could go on but i wont, just get a long sleeve shirt will ya. Enjoy.

I've ordered 5 shirts now. was particularly impressed with the exchange policy. love the shirts. This particular shirt I had to exchange because the arm length was too long. my body fits the large slim pretty well but I guess I have T-Rex arms, lol.
