Program Terms

1. Sponsor. The Criquet Clubhouse Connection program ("Program") is offered by Criquet Shirts, 3600 S Congress Ave, Suite B100, Austin, TX 78704 ("Criquet," "we," "us").

2. Who can take part. You must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 or older. Not eligible: Criquet employees; Criquet's in-house and independent sales reps and sales agencies; their immediate family and household members; and anyone employed by the referred club's pro shop or purchasing staff.

3. Eligible clubs. A referred club must be a private or semi-private golf club in the U.S. with an operating pro shop. It cannot be a current Criquet account, or have ordered from Criquet in the 24 months before your referral. Criquet decides eligibility in its sole discretion.

4. How to refer. Submit the club through the form on the Program page, then introduce Criquet directly to the club's head professional or buyer. Submitting contact information alone does not count. Your introduction must tell the recipient that you may receive a reward from Criquet if the club places an order.

5. Qualifying order. You earn a reward when the referred club places an opening wholesale order of at least 24 pieces within 90 days of your introduction, and the order is paid and shipped. Orders that are cancelled, or returned so the order falls below 24 pieces, do not qualify.

6. Reward. One $300 Criquet gift card per qualifying club, redeemable only on criquetshirts.com. We will email it within 30 days after the qualifying order ships. Gift cards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law, and cannot be transferred or resold. Expires within 2 years of issuance.

7. One reward per club. If more than one person refers the same club, the reward goes to the first eligible person whose submission we receive, as shown by our records.

8. No limit. There is no limit on the number of clubs you may refer.

9. Taxes. Rewards may be taxable income. You are responsible for any taxes. If your rewards total $2,000 or more in a calendar year, you must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before we issue further rewards, and we may issue a Form 1099.

10. Your information. We use the information you and the club provide to run the Program and contact the club about Criquet products, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only submit contact details you are allowed to share.

11. Fraud and changes. We may disqualify any referral or participant we believe is fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these terms. We may change, pause, or end the Program at any time. Referrals submitted before a change will be honored under the terms in effect when they were submitted.

12. General. Void where prohibited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Questions: criqueteers@criquetshirts.com.
